NDT services for the ECRL project

Fazmi Group delivered Non-Destructive Testing for the East Coast Rail Link, one of Malaysia's most significant infrastructure projects. Our scope ran from Station STN01 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, to STN08 in Chukai, Kemaman, Terengganu.

We used Radiographic, Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing to find internal and surface defects, inspect welds and verify material quality to strict standards. The work was delivered on schedule to protect structural integrity and keep the project compliant.

Resident NDT for Preserver Engineering

As the appointed resident NDT provider for Preserver Engineering Sdn Bhd, we inspect continuously throughout fabrication. Defects are found early, workmanship is verified, and every component meets safety, performance and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the fabrication team keeps quality consistent, cuts risk and keeps the project ready at every stage.

Collaboration with SIRIM Berhad

Fazmi Group collaborates with SIRIM Berhad on a Mechanical Testing Laboratory. It offers bend, fracture, hardness, macro/micro, tensile and Charpy impact testing, so industry gets precise, reliable, standards-based results.
